The process was easy. Brittany answered all my questions, and kept me up to date. No surprises. Gary came out originally. He got one load complete, but hydraulic busted. They did a great job of having Brandon finish the job; so my shredding was completed in one day. Both Gary and Brandon were friendly. Nice to work with. Glad it is local. Highly recommend. I hired Records Reduction to shred several hundred boxes of old files, and was really impressed with the speed, quality and outstanding cutomer service we received. They showed up exactly on time, and immediately got to work as needed. The technician who took care of our files was Brandon Batts, and he was polite, friendly, effecient and an overall pleasure to work with.
