Our Charlotte headquarters on Independence Commerce Drive is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed weekends. Pickups run throughout the day, so the office phone is the fastest way to reach us rather than stopping by unannounced.
If a weekday visit does not work, our drop-off partner Bizxpress on Weddington Road is open until 6:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. Yes. Drop-off shredding in Charlotte is welcome during business hours, and it is usually the cheapest route for a few boxes of files or a couple of old hard drives. Photo, slide, and VHS jobs come here too, since that work is handled in-house rather than by a route truck.
