We work from three staffed offices. Our headquarters is at 2032-F Independence Commerce Dr in Matthews, NC, just southeast of Charlotte. The Huntersville office at 8936 North Pointe Executive Park Dr covers the north Charlotte and Lake Norman corridor. The Myrtle Beach office at 4621 Lightkeepers Way in Little River, SC covers the Grand Strand and Horry County.
All three keep the same hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Call (704) 351-0949 and we will route you to whichever office is closest to your pickup address.
Two partner locations accept drop-offs on our behalf. Bizxpress at 3116 Weddington Rd #900 in Matthews, NC is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, which makes it the only weekend option in the network. Aim Mail Centers at 168 SC-274 in Lake Wylie, SC is open weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Both are independent businesses, not Records Reduction offices, so their staff can take your material but cannot quote a job. Small photo, slide, and VHS orders can also come straight to the Matthews headquarters.
Yes. On-site and off-site paper shredding, hard drive destruction, uniform and X-ray destruction, locked container service, and document storage run out of all three offices. Scanning work is different: paper, microfilm, aperture cards, large format drawings, photos, and VHS tapes are processed at our production facility rather than at the office nearest you, because media ships safely and the equipment does not.
That means a Grand Strand law firm and a Lake Norman medical practice get the same scanning line and the same chain-of-custody paperwork. Every destruction job ends with a Certificate of Destruction regardless of which office scheduled it.
From Matthews we serve Mecklenburg and Union County, including Charlotte, Mint Hill, Monroe, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill, and Fort Mill. The Huntersville office reaches Cornelius, Davidson, and Mooresville along the Lake Norman corridor. Little River covers Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Surfside Beach, and Murrells Inlet across Horry County.
We also take work in Raleigh and the Charleston area, and our IPSA affiliation lets us handle client sites outside the Southeast when a company has offices in several states. If you are not sure whether your address falls inside a route, call and ask. Coverage is wider than the office list suggests.
