Shane Hunt is the Owner and President of Records Reduction, Inc., which he has led from Matthews, North Carolina since September 1998. He came into document management the year before as an Account Manager at DTI Integrated Business Solutions, selling document management solutions to Charlotte-area companies, and has spent his entire career in the field.

Shane still runs jobs personally, from loading and shredding customer records to hosting community shred events, and he answers customer reviews himself. He studied at UNC Charlotte.

Lori Rogers is the Office Manager at Records Reduction, keeping the Matthews office running day to day so shredding routes, scanning projects, and storage requests stay on schedule for every customer.

Brittany Cook is the Customer Service Manager at Records Reduction and one of the first people customers talk to. She handles service scheduling and arrival-time notifications, and she coordinates community shred events alongside Shane.
